About The Position

The Human Resource Manager-Field is a key advisor who provides high-level business partnership to the Region President and Leadership team. Within this role, the Human Resource Manager drives People initiatives to align with company goals and priorities. The Human Resource Manager is responsible for all key areas within the HR function, including Compensation, Benefits, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Recruiting, and Employee Engagement. This role will also ensure that the organizational culture fosters a People First approach through teamwork, employee engagement, accountability, and innovation.

Requirements

  • Strong background in performance management, employee relations, compensation, training/development, employment law, and change management
  • Proven successful track record in positive resolution of employee relations issues
  • Experience deploying variable compensation programs and sales commission plans
  • Previous experience in staffing and recruiting for multiple locations required
  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize workload while managing multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meeting deadlines
  • Proven ability to gain trust and credibility with clients at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken); influencer
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and Teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-7 years of progressive Human Resources experience is required. In addition, previous Human Resources experience supporting multiple locations required

Responsibilities

  • Partners with the Regional President and key regional leaders to understand organizational goals and to assist with driving business results. Will act as a change agent to support business transformation and company initiatives
  • Manages the company Incentive Compensation process, including deployment and tracking of plans. Provides managers and associates with a clear understanding of plan structure and payout.
  • Leads the region's Performance management process, including goal setting, effective performance feedback, career discussion and compliance completion.
  • Leads talent review for all associates Leadership Development Review (LDR) & Associate Development Review (ADR) this includes the 9-Box assessment and creating individual development plans (IDP) for our high-potential associates
  • Provides guidance on employee relations issues, conducts investigations and reviews write ups when needed.
  • Partners with recruiting team to develop sourcing strategies, hire top talent and provide interview support for leadership roles; Collaborates with HR team and business leaders on collegiate recruiting efforts
  • Leads compensation initiatives, such as merit planning, promotion/salary adjustments and IC administration.
  • Leverages HR analytics and key performance indicators to drive data-informed decisions that generate measurable outcomes and support strategic organizational initiatives.
  • Coordinates with other HR Centers of Excellence (Benefits, Compensation, Payroll and HRIS) to ensure all clients achieve a high level of service.
  • Participates in committees and special projects (both in region and HQ)
