General Description: The Asset Manager, Seed Treatment, is accountable for end-to-end product lifecycle management for assigned active ingredients within the Seed Treatment portfolio. Responsibilities include development of long-range strategy, product positioning, portfolio management, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as ownership of the product development pipeline to support future category growth. The role partners closely with Segment Manager(s) to set product-level strategic direction and to support the development of annual brand plans and strategies. In addition, the Asset Manager collaborates cross-functionally with key stakeholders, including Marketing Segment Managers, Product Development, Regulatory, Business Development, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, and other internal teams. Working knowledge of row and specialty crops systems and geographies is a must; knowledge of the domestic seed treatment market is beneficial. The individual selected for this role is expected to be a strategic, commercial-oriented thinker who demonstrates initiative and resourcefulness in problem solving. The selected candidate must be collaborative, team-oriented, and demonstrate the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
