About The Position

We are seeking a self-motivated and highly organized employee to lead all marketing efforts for our retail business. This is a one-person marketing role that is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing marketing initiatives across multiple retail store locations and online platforms. The position is based on-site at our warehouse and works closely with store representatives to ensure effective and consistent marketing at each location. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, taking ownership of marketing strategy, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive brand awareness and sales.

Requirements

  • Marketing Degree with previous experience in retail marketing, digital marketing, or social media management preferred
  • Comfortable operating independently and managing end-to-end marketing responsibilities
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to delegate
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation tools, and basic analytics
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Experience coordinating marketing efforts across multiple retail locations is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all marketing efforts as a one-person marketing team
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for retail store locations, products, and brand identity
  • Create, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms
  • Support and maintain online marketing initiatives, including website updates and digital promotions
  • Plan and coordinate in-store and local marketing campaigns for each retail location
  • Delegate marketing-related responsibilities to store representatives and work closely with them to execute location-specific marketing initiatives
  • Provide guidance and direction to store reps on marketing standards, promotions, and brand messaging
  • Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels and store locations
  • Coordinate marketing materials such as signage, displays, and promotional assets
  • Track performance metrics, engagement, and campaign results; provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business and sales objectives
  • Stay current with retail marketing trends, tools, and competitor activity
  • Support special projects and marketing initiatives as needed
