About The Position

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking In-house Sales Managers to join their team in Myrtle Beach. This role involves overseeing sales operations, showcasing HGV's luxurious offerings, and leading a team to achieve sales goals while maintaining customer satisfaction and compliance. The position requires proven timeshare sales management experience, excellent communication and sales skills, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Proven Timeshare Sales Management Experience: In-House Sales Manager experience required.
• Positive, Professional Attitude: Enthusiasm and energy are essential.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to connect and actively listen.
• Sales Savvy: Proficient in rapport building, value-based selling, negotiating, and closing.
• Team Player and Self-Starter: Thrive both independently and in a collaborative environment.
• Flexible Schedule: Must be available on weekends and most major holidays.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address challenges with creativity and focus.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the sales operations. Your leadership will empower the team to achieve and exceed sales goals while upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction and compliance.
• Motivate & Mentor: Lead the team to achieve budgeted sales goals through coaching and mentorship.
• Lead Sales Strategies: Conduct impactful sales and training meetings to drive performance
• Ensure Compliance
• Customer Service Excellence: Promote and ensure a culture of exceptional customer service.
• Performance Oversight: Meet or exceed company minimum performance standards.
