About The Position

Reporting into our Pharmacy Division, this management role leads program and product delivery for complex, strategic pharmacy initiatives from design through implementation and stabilization. Responsible for managing delivery staff, overseeing portfolios of pharmacy products and programs, and partnering across Product, Business, Operations, and Technology to ensure successful delivery, operational readiness, and achievement of business objective.

Requirements

Bachelor degree and 6 years experience in business analysis, system implementation efforts, strategic consulting, or project management.
Comfortable with change, and working in a flexible and dynamic work environment.
Understanding of / experience with the SDLC.
Analytical and information synthesis skills.
Experience managing and mentoring staff.
Experience solving complex enterprise issues.
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with developing relationships and interacting successfully with senior management and staff across multiple departments.
Organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks.
Presentation and group facilitation experience.
Creativity and innovation, analysis and implementation skills and experience.
Business acumen and project/process integration skills.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree in business, healthcare administration, strategy, or related discipline.
Healthcare, pharmacy, consulting, program delivery, product implementation, or delivery management experience within a large organization.
Experience leading program and product delivery, implementation design, operational readiness, cross functional solution development, governance, and executive reporting.
Knowledge of healthcare insurance and pharmacy industry trends, products, programs, networks, and legislative or regulatory initiatives.
Experience working with PBMs, vendors, technology partners, and external stakeholders.
Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
