Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
- 6-8 years people management experience
- Proven track record in fraud management and prevention.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work in an ambitious environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Nice To Haves
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Experience with machine learning
- Knowledge of the latest fraud detection software
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement advanced fraud detection strategies.
- Develop and publish fraud policies to address trends and product vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and complete fraud prevention initiatives.
- Analyze data to determine fraud patterns and trends.
- Lead efforts to successfully implement new technologies and processes to mitigate fraud risks.
