About The Position

This opportunity is for our Electric Heat business. Electric Heat is a trusted leader in electric heating and ventilation solutions for commercial, industrial, and residential applications. As a Financial Systems and Processes Manager, you will lead the design, implement, and optimize financial systems and related business processes. This role bridges finance and technology, ensuring systems align with business needs, internal controls, and compliance requirements. You will collaborate across departments to drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalability in financial operations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in financial systems management, financial operations, or related fields.
  • Proven experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated success in process improvement and system implementation projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and compliance requirements.
  • Experience implementing business software (e.g., ERP, CRM, WMS).

Responsibilities

  • Lead system upgrades, integrations, and new module implementations with minimal business disruption.
  • Identify and resolve process inefficiencies in partnership with Finance leadership.
  • Maintain documentation for financial processes, workflows, and internal controls.
  • Act as liaison between Finance, IT, and third-party vendors for system-related initiatives.
  • Promote adoption of financial systems through training, communication, and user support.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX, audit requirements, and data security standards.
  • Design and deliver dashboards, reports, and analytics that provide actionable insights.
