Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4-6 years of supervisory experience.
Nice To Haves
- Process engineer experience in a clean room environment is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Managing a team of 30 Process technicians, Process Operations Engineers and Supervisors, working 24/7, in 3 shifts in a clean room environment.
- Interface with engineers to ensure proper execution of test plans.
- Setting expectations for your group.
- Report on workload and tasks completion.
- Harmonize workload within the team.
- Develop team and meet business objectives.
- Builds trust among people and groups by ensuring honest and up-front communication; takes steps to maintain transparency.
