• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contract management, and stakeholder engagement.

Nice To Haves

• Professional licensure or certification such as RA, PE, PMP, CCM, or LEED AP.
• Experience in healthcare, higher education, corporate campus, or large institutional facilities.
