As an MGM Rewards Representative, you will be the face of our casino’s guest services, responsible for issuing player rating cards to patrons, addressing their questions, and ensuring a seamless experience in accordance with our company policies and regulations. Requirements

• At least one year of prior relevant experience working in hospitality, customer/guest service, hotel, or a casino environment with a demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest service
• Communicates clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to confidently handle guest inquiries, concerns, and service recovery situations
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thoughtfully resolve guest issues, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience
• Understands the importance of personalized service and consistently anticipates guest needs to exceed expectations
• Knowledgeable about the local area, including attractions and events, and can confidently provide recommendations that enhance the guest experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest service by providing the ultimate guest experience in assisting patrons with player rating cards, reservations, and inquiries
• Support preferred players by anticipating and catering to the needs of our valued guests, ensuring their visit is exceptional from start to finish
• Assist in managing reservations for our preferred players, ensuring all arrangements are handled efficiently
• Share information regarding events and casino offerings to guests
