MFG PSM TECHNICIAN
About The Position
Serve as the site representative for the Process Safety Management (PSM) program from initiation to ongoing maintenance. The PSM program provides information and procedures to prevent or minimize an accidental release of ammonia. Perform all jobs safely, efficiently and accurately to maintain and improve the performance of the entire plant in the areas of Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR) and our Customer 1st strategy. Provide leadership that embodies our 7 Kroger Manufacturing High Performance Work System principles. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
Requirements
- Process Safety Management (PSM) program knowledge
- Ammonia release prevention and minimization procedures
- Safe, efficient, and accurate job performance
- Understanding of Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR)
- Adherence to Customer 1st strategy
- Leadership embodying High Performance Work System principles
- Demonstration of core values: respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety
