About The Position

Texas Instruments is seeking experienced MFG Data Scientist to join our team. Responsibilities include: Understanding the semiconductor MFG process, process flow, data collected during MFG and challenges related to the data such as sampling, multi-collinearity, multi-modal. Experience in modeling and correlating Inline metrology, defects, etests and probe data for yield learning and early detection. Designs, develops and programs methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze unstructured, diverse big data sources to generate actionable insights and solutions for client services and product enhancement. Interacts across the organization to identify questions and issues for data analysis and experiments. Develops and codes software programs, algorithms and automated processes to cleanse, integrate and evaluate large datasets from multiple disparate sources. Identifies meaningful insights from large data and metadata sources; interprets and communicates insights and findings from analysis and experiments to product, service, and business managers.

Requirements

  • Experienced MFG Data Scientist
  • Understanding of semiconductor MFG process, process flow, and data challenges
  • Experience in modeling and correlating Inline metrology, defects, etests and probe data for yield learning and early detection
  • Ability to design, develop, and program methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze diverse big data sources
  • Ability to develop and code software programs, algorithms, and automated processes for data cleansing, integration, and evaluation
  • Ability to identify meaningful insights from large data and metadata sources
  • Ability to interpret and communicate findings to product, service, and business managers
