Requirements

Strong customer service background required; corporate or hospitality experience preferred
Prior security experience in a professional environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a corporate setting
Ability to remain alert, attentive, and composed throughout the shift
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Valid security license (if required by state regulations)

Responsibilities

Maintain a visible, professional security presence throughout the mezzanine level
Provide exceptional customer service to employees, clients, and guests
Monitor foot traffic, access points, and overall activity in assigned areas
Assist with directions, inquiries, and general support for corporate staff
Enforce building policies with a service‑oriented, solutions‑focused approach
Respond to incidents calmly and professionally, following established protocols
Document daily activity, observations, and any unusual occurrences
Communicate effectively with lobby officers, supervisors, and building management
