About The Position

This role involves developing inspection methods and techniques, performing various dimensional inspections (including D.O.E. Response and First Articles), conducting Gage R&R's and Capability Studies, and reviewing results with appropriate personnel. The technician will also assist in resolving Metrology issues, performing other related tasks as needed, and assisting in training Dimensional Inspector Trainees.

Requirements

• Manufacturing Safety
• College Degree or 4+ years Metrology experience
• GD&T Programming
• Blueprint Reading
• Statistical Process Control Certificate

Responsibilities

• Develop inspection methods and Techniques.
• Perform D.O.E. Response dimensional inspections.
• Perform dimensional inspections for modified and full First Articles.
• Perform Gage R&R’s.
• Perform Capability Studies.
• Review results with appropriate Personnel.
• Assist in resolving Metrology issues.
• Perform other related tasks as needed.
• Assist in training Dimensional Inspector Trainee’s as needed.
