Learn how you can play a key role as a Metrology Tech for ICON Laboratory Services which is dedicated exclusively to the Bioanalytical laboratory and services for pre-clinical trials.
Requirements
- Associate degree, in science is preferred; or high school diploma with a minimum of 1 year relevant laboratory experience.
- Strong attention to detail in this position.
Responsibilities
- Calibrate and maintain assigned laboratory equipment in laboratories
- Update the calibration schedule and equipment lists as work is performed.
- Monitor equipment (e.g., freezers, refrigerators, pipettes, balances, water system, thermometers, weights, ovens, temperature and humidity monitors, REES Environmental system).
- Act as an escort for the approved vendor performing required external calibration
- Review calibration notebooks per applicable SOPs/procedures.
