Become the precision expert others rely on We’re adding two highly specialized teammates to a tight-knit, first‑shift operation: a CMM Programmer and a Wire EDM Machinist/Programmer. In our small, focused department, you’ll own your craft, work independently, and see the impact of your expertise on complex, tight‑tolerance parts. How your day could unfold Morning: you step into a spotless, well‑organized shop, review a new aerospace‑grade component, and build or tweak an inspection routine in Zeiss Calypso or PC‑DMIS to verify critical features. Your metrology mindset ensures nothing slips past tolerance. Afternoon: on the Wire EDM side, you’re threading wire, setting offsets, and executing one‑off precision cuts for low‑volume, high‑mix work. Programming may be part of your day if that’s your strength; if your machining is outstanding, we’ll leverage that while you grow your programming depth.
