Requirements

Associate degree in related technical field with 3 years of experience or a minimum of 5 years related experience.
Solid understanding of blueprint reading and GD&T concepts.
Knowledge of different inspection equipment and methods.
Experience developing measurement programs in CT, vision, or CMM platforms preferred.

Nice To Haves

Medical molding and validation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain inspection documents and measurement instructions.
Develop, validate, and maintain CT, vision, and Keyence measurement programs.
Create and execute Gage R&R studies and interpret results.
Develop scan recipes and offline processing programs.
Provide technical feedback to engineering regarding measurement feasibility.
Support gage and fixture concepts with designers.
Analyze capability data and recommend corrective actions.
Execute inspections using approved inspection documents and measurement instructions.
Perform First Article inspections.
Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards.
Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products.
Report inspection and test data.
Work with production to inspect product in real time.
May assist Engineering staff in validating or troubleshooting inspection and testing methods.
Supports Isometric ISO13485 continuous improvement initiatives.
