The position involves mastering cutting-edge 3D printing post-processing techniques, working with titanium, stainless steel, and aluminum parts in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role requires alternating between seated and standing positions, handling materials up to 50 pounds, and maintaining a strong attention to detail and quality standards. Collaboration with a passionate team to solve unique challenges and push the boundaries of what's possible in 3D-printed healthcare solutions is also a key aspect of this position. The work environment emphasizes safety and cleanliness, crucial in medical manufacturing.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to wear Full Face, Half Face, and/or Powered Air-Purifying Respirators (fit-testing provided during hiring and annually)
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Creative problem-solving abilities
  • Hands-on experience in metal finishing, grinding, and sanding.
  • Experience operating precision equipment like blast cabinets and ultrasonic cleaners.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
