Metallics Machine Operator & Team Lead (Day Shift)

In this role, you’ll support daily production and quality activities, helping your team stay organized and safe throughout each shift. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ year of experience in manufacturing or production as a team lead or with team leader exposure.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable guiding others and working collaboratively
Nice To Haves
- Experience in powder coating or electrostatic painting is an asset
Responsibilities
- Coordinating daily production and PPL-Bag House Powder usage
- Preparing mix sheets and ensuring smooth shift hand-offs
- Overseeing batch sampling and production testing
- Supporting quality checks and corrective actions
- Reinforcing safe work practices and PPE use
- Conducting safety audits and assisting with incident reviews
- Promoting 7S workplace organization
- Assume a mentorship role and provide leadership to the team
- Coordinate with supervisor and operations staff on daily activities
