Requirements

Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States
A valid driver's license with no restrictions and willing to make deliveries. (no DUI or OWI)
Candidates with solid attendance record at previous positions.
A strong work ethic and integrity.
Physical stamina for lifting, carrying, and moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
Basic math and mechanical aptitude, measuring skills, and critical thinking abilities.
Ability to use measuring instruments.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow concise directions.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of manufacturing experience preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with a good employment track record.
Knowledge of metalworking tools and machinery.
Commitment to safety.
The ability to read and understand blueprints and layout drawings is a PLUS (training available).

Responsibilities

Operate a variety of handheld metal finishing tools and machinery, including tumblers, belt sanders, and other finishing equipment.
Assist other machine operators as needed on machinery such as CNC machines, shear and press brake, while adhering to safety protocols.
Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
Perform quality inspections using precision measuring instruments.
Perform delivery driving duties for local customers using company vehicle.
Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and maintain a clean work environment.
Build custom skids and package products for shipment
