Wholesale architectural sign company and metal fabrication. The Metal Sander will be responsible for sanding fabricated aluminum signs and other metal structures. This role involves applying filler to areas that need it, cleaning aluminum after sanding, and preparing surfaces for the paint department for paint application, powder coating, or other finishing processes. The company is willing to train applicants if needed and values good attendance, a positive attitude, and teamwork. Starting pay is based on prior experience, with potential pay increases after a 90-day evaluation. Good attendance and quick learning are rewarded, and benefits are available after 90 days.
