About The Position
M. Lipsitz & Co., Ltd. is hiring Manager Trainees for its metal recycling business. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified individuals seeking a challenging career with a family-owned company that has been in the Metal Recycling Business since 1895. No previous experience in metal recycling is required. Training will take place in Waco, with relocation required after training to a location in Texas or Oklahoma. Flexibility to travel and work at other locations in Texas or Oklahoma during training is necessary.
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to perform hands-on work

- Previous manufacturing experience
- Previous business experience
- Heavy equipment experience
