Requirements
- Independent Spirit: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- People Skills: Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
- Trustworthy: Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience.
Responsibilities
- Pay Out Tickets: Handle customer payouts with accuracy.
- Manage Money: Keep precise records of all cash and check balances.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Be the go-to person for our dealers, vendors, and customers, ensuring a fantastic experience every time.
- Data Entry: Enter all transaction data into our software.
- File Management: Keep all transaction-related files organized and up-to-date.
- Versatile Role: Take on other exciting duties as they come up!
