Requirements

  • Independent Spirit: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
  • People Skills: Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
  • Trustworthy: Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Pay Out Tickets: Handle customer payouts with accuracy.
  • Manage Money: Keep precise records of all cash and check balances.
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Be the go-to person for our dealers, vendors, and customers, ensuring a fantastic experience every time.
  • Data Entry: Enter all transaction data into our software.
  • File Management: Keep all transaction-related files organized and up-to-date.
  • Versatile Role: Take on other exciting duties as they come up!
