Buck Company, located in Quarryville, PA, is looking for a motivated and dependable person to join our 1st shift team as a Metal Pourer. This is a critical, hands-on role where you'll master the craft of transforming molten metal into precision castings. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate hand-controlled ladles to pour and regulate the flow of molten metal into sand molds to produce castings.
  • Skim slag and remove excess metal to guarantee a perfect casting.
  • Transport molten metal from the furnaces to the pouring line.
  • Accurately read temperature gauges and collect samples for analysis, playing a vital role in quality control.
