Requirements

3+ years of experience in metal framing and/or drywall installation
Ability to read blueprints and execute clean, accurate work
Strong attention to detail
Reliable, hardworking, and consistent
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Physically capable of handling demanding jobsite work

Nice To Haves

Experience running crews or leading installs

Responsibilities

Installing metal framing systems for walls, ceilings, and partitions
Hanging and securing drywall panels with precision and efficiency
Reading blueprints and executing layouts to exact specifications
Measuring, cutting, and assembling studs, runners, and channels
Cutting and fitting drywall for outlets, windows, vents, and fixtures
Working with lifts, tools, and equipment to complete installs safely
Coordinating with finishers and crews to keep projects moving forward
Taking charge, training others, and keeping projects on track (for leadership roles)
