Pronto Staffing is seeking an experienced metal fabricator for a growing manufacturing facility. Pronto Staffing is now hiring a skilled team member to build and assemble high-quality metal products. In this role, you will read blueprints, cut materials, and weld pieces together. This is a great opportunity for a reliable worker looking for a stable day-shift schedule in a production environment.

Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience in metal fabrication, manufacturing, or welding
• Ability to read a tape measure and understand shop drawings
• Strong basic math and measurement skills
• High School diploma or GED required
• Must speak and understand English
• Background check and drug screening may be required

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble metal products using drawings and specifications
• Read and understand blueprints, work orders, and shop drawings
• Measure, mark, cut, and fit metal pieces together
• Use shop tools safely, including saws, grinders, drills, and ironworkers
• Weld and tack metal pieces using MIG and TIG welding processes
• Check finished items to make sure they meet quality standards
• Keep your work area clean and follow all safety rules
