The Metal Finisher/Cleaner is responsible for the full metal material prep process including, surface grinding, final DA surface finishing, removal of weld berries, press forming dimple dies, minor weld repairs, and ensuring proper fitment of small part components. This is a great opportunity for advancement to a Welder position.

High school Diploma or GED.
Must be 18 or over.

Nice To Haves

Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
Finishing/Fabrication experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Full metal material prep process including, surface grinding, final DA surface finishing, removal of weld berries, press forming dimple dies, minor weld repairs, and ensuring proper fitment of small part components.
Reliable and consistent attendance.

Communicate with Leads, Supervisors, and the Quality Team.
General preventative care and maintenance of Company supplied tools and equipment.
