About The Position

In this exciting role, you will work closely with the 2020 Meta Sales Specialists within Best Buy to provide training, sales development, and support. You will also work closely with retail shoppers to recommend the perfect Meta products to meet their unique needs. You'll be the go-to person for customers and 2020 employees seeking information on Meta’s products, ensuring they have an interactive, informative, and prosperous shopping experience.

Requirements

  • Passion for gaming that extends to AV and VR products
  • Effectively promote Meta devices and related products within assigned retail locations to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ensure the "Best Experience" for retail partners and end-consumers through expert product knowledge and outstanding service.
  • Optimize product displays and in-store presence to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, educating retailers and customers on the features and benefits of Meta devices.
  • Implement and adapt sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and achieve sales objectives.
  • Track sales performance, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Provide comprehensive training to retail staff, ensuring they can effectively advocate for and pitch Meta devices to consumers.
  • Own a smartphone with an equivalent operating system of an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25.
  • Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits

  • Foster positive partner Field and Store relationships by adapting to local retail store environments, respecting established hierarchies, and adhering to all operational policies while representing 2020 companies.
