About The Position

Clients Blackbox is a performance marketing agency specializing in Meta advertising for Registered Investment Advisors. The agency helps financial advisors grow their practices by generating qualified appointments with high-net-worth prospects. Its video sales letter methodology has generated more than $45 billion in AUM pipeline for financial advisors nationwide. This hands-on strategist role owns client accounts from strategy through execution, with responsibility for both client relationships and campaign performance. The specialist manages a portfolio of accounts, leads bi-weekly client calls, manages Meta campaigns, monitors results, contributes to ad messaging, and serves as the primary point of contact. The role is directly accountable for client results, relationships, and retention, and reports to the Associate Director of Operations.

Requirements

At least 4 years of hands-on paid media experience, with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
Experience simultaneously managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to take ownership, investigate issues, determine changes, and act.
Comfort with accountability for results and explaining performance clearly to clients who may not speak marketing.
Ability to move quickly across multiple accounts while staying organized and focused on outcomes.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
Proactively solve account issues to support stability and growth.
Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
Manage budgets, audience targeting, bid strategies, creative testing, and campaign variables.
Monitor performance daily and adjust campaigns based on cost-per-appointment and other key metrics.
Diagnose underperforming campaigns and develop strategies to improve results.
Test audiences, messaging, and creative to identify opportunities for stronger performance.
Contribute to ad copy and campaign messaging.
Set up and troubleshoot tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events.
Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows.
Resolve technical issues between advertising platforms and client systems.
Proactively monitor tracking and lead flow to prevent issues from affecting client results.
