Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED.
  • 1+ years of high-volume data entry experience.
  • Ability to squat, sit, stand, walk, reach daily and as needed to perform all job functions.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work in a team as well as independently.
  • Basic PC knowledge Microsoft excel, Word.
  • Must be able to follow procedures, best practices, and report unsafe and unprofessional behavior.
  • Ability to work with multiple priorities of the business.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of experience driving a forklift
  • SAP experience

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to all safety requirements and wear appropriate (PPE) Personal Protection Equipment.
  • Perform daily Forklift inspection and report issues to leadership if any identified during inspection.
  • Perform daily Crane inspections and report issues to leadership if any identified during inspection.
  • Works under direct supervision of Team lead to aid with managing inventory and movement of materials.
  • Checks arriving materials from OTL trailers once received from the receiving department.
  • Handles and maintains flow of materials and products in manufacturing areas according to established guidelines.
  • Responsible for daily 5s ownership of desired work area.
  • Maintains and updates to production and delivery schedules for tech tubes.
  • Monitor tech tube storage location to ensure nonproduction material is being RWI back to 3PL.
  • Place reservation to 3PL when needed.
  • Responds to basic to complex customer or shipper questions and complaints regarding storage and distribution services.
  • Tracks and traces goods while they are on route to their destinations.
  • Weekly logs clean up and updates to receiving slocs to ensure the digital and physical movements of material are aligned.
  • Work with warehouse to ensure delivery of emergency orders.
  • Ability to work overtime and over 40 hours and weekends when needed to support production.
  • Responsible for answering Planning, Warehouse, Production and Engineering inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Flex to different workstations based on need.
