About The Position

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Message Therapist for the La Quinta Resort and Club. This role involves performing and providing body treatments and massages for spa guests. Requirements

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Must be a Certified Massage Therapist for the State of California and have a permit for the City of La Quinta.
OSHA laws require the use of the following Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when performing work duties that have the potential of risk to your health or safety.
All team members must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance (specific standards available).
Hair longer than shoulder length shall be pulled back in a presentable fashion.
Uniforms will be provided and worn by team member.
NO solicitating to guests will be allowed

Nice To Haves

2 years in massage therapy practice or in resort spa as a therapist preferred.
Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Performs and provides body treatments and massages for spa guests.
Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by La Quinta resort from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.
