About The Position

TekWissen is recruiting an MES Engineer for a six-month temporary onsite assignment in St. Albans, Vermont. The role develops and maintains MES recipes using Rockwell, supports MES deployments and production operations, and works with cross-functional teams to align MES solutions with process requirements. The position also supports documentation, validation, and compliance activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of MES experience, preferably with Rockwell MES.
• Experience with recipe or workflow authoring and system configuration.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and batch operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in regulated industries such as Pharma or Food & Beverage.
• Familiarity with validation (CSV) and GMP requirements.
• Knowledge of Rockwell automation systems, including PLC and SCADA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MES recipes using Rockwell.
• Optimize recipes to improve efficiency, quality, and performance.
• Support MES deployments, including testing, troubleshooting, and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with IT, Engineering, QA, and Operations to align MES with process requirements.
• Provide production support and resolve MES-related issues.
• Maintain documentation and support validation and compliance activities.
