MES Analyst
About The Position
Flex is seeking an MES Analyst to join their team. This role will support Axiom, a new independent company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications. The MES Analyst will be responsible for the development, design, implementation, testing, and delivery of MES (Flexflow) Solutions. This includes analyzing complex business problems, designing efficient systems, and providing technical expertise to improve productivity and quality. The role involves requirement gathering, customizing Flexflow, onboarding new customers, standardizing solutions, interfacing with various systems (Baan ERP, test equipment, external customer systems), performing testing, and providing L2/L3 incident support.
Requirements
- Very strong programming skills.
- Strong Analytic/Problem-Solving skills.
- Prior experience with MES/Flexflow design and Operation support.
- Strong command of SQL/MSSQL, SQL reporting services and .NET.
- Exposure to systems integration/interfacing protocols & concepts.
- Must possess Strong Communication & Coordination Skills.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Requirement gathering from Customers, Business team, Operations to map Solutions.
- Create/customize Flexflow to support of new requirements and/or projects (customer requests, site efficiency enhancements, etc).
- Involve in new customer onboarding with collaboration with various teams.
- Standardize solutions & prepare playbooks / documents for repeatable executions across projects.
- Design/Implement Flexflow-Baan ERP interfacing, Test equipment interfacing, External customer system interfacing.
- Perform functional & Integration testing of the solution to be implemented.
- Provide day-day L2/L3 incident support (Root Cause Analysis, Preventive & Corrective Actions) for Flexflow.
- Translate Business Requirements Documentation into Functional/Technical specifications for Solutions/Development teams.
