Do you enjoy helping members get as low of a cost for their medications, with the use of copay/financial assistance? Are you detail oriented? Are you comfortable corresponding with provider offices on patient medication inquiries? We are looking for a member appeal coordinator. The candidate must be a highly trained, certified pharmacy technician that has multiple years of experience within retail pharmacy, but also enjoys helping patients gain access to medications at the lowest cost possible. Requirements

2+ years Certified Pharm Tech experience in a pharmacy setting
Member Centric mentality
Cost assistance experience
Comfortable speaking to patients and providers
High school diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Retail Pharmacy experience within a managed care or pharmacy insurance billing
PTCB Certificate

Responsibilities

Engage with patients to help them navigate the healthcare world.
Help members get a fair price for their high-cost medications.
Assist members in obtaining medications at the lowest possible cost through copay/financial assistance.
Correspond with provider offices regarding patient medication inquiries.
