About The Position

This role involves providing expert analysis and annotation of complex M&A and corporate law scenarios for AI model training. The attorney will conduct in-depth legal research, review and refine datasets for legal accuracy, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include offering written insights on legal reasoning and transaction structures, engaging in remote project discussions, and supporting the development of evaluation rubrics.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited US law school and active bar admission in the United States.
  • Experience practicing as an M&A attorney at an Am Law 100 or other leading US law firm.
  • Extensive track record in M&A transactions, private equity, and corporate advisory engagements.
  • Strong litigation exposure, particularly within corporate or transactional contexts.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across disciplines and communicate complex legal concepts clearly.
  • Background in legal research, drafting, and the review of transaction documents.
  • Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and a commitment to delivering meticulous, high-quality work.

  • Engage in remote project discussions and contribute to iterative quality assurance processes.
  • Support the development of evaluation rubrics and best practices where requested by internal stakeholders.
