About The Position

Requirements

  • Proven experience in category and channel strategy development for moderately complex categories.
  • Strong financial management skills, including profit and loss ownership and budget forecasting.
  • Ability to analyze competition, customer behavior, and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Expertise in supplier management, including negotiation and performance tracking.
  • Demonstrated team management capabilities with a focus on performance development and engagement.
  • Proficiency in leveraging data analysis tools to generate actionable business insights.
  • Effective decision-making skills supporting pricing, promotions, and assortment strategies.
  • Commitment to upholding company policies, ethics, and integrity in all business activities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field and 3 years’ experience in merchandising, buying, financial planning, operations, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in merchandising, buying, financial planning, operations, or related area.
