About The Position

The Merchandising Supervisor at Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is responsible for collaborating with sales and delivery teams to enhance productivity and ensure excellent customer service. Key duties include training and developing merchandisers on company standards, waste reduction, safety, and policies. The supervisor will also ensure consistent use of company systems for operational effectiveness and policy compliance across assigned routes, manage work assignments to meet sales, delivery, and customer demands, and conduct 'work-withs' and 'go behinds' to monitor employee performance, safety, and customer service. This full-time, 1st shift position requires some weekend availability and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree with 3 to 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 6 to 7 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience
Must be at least 18 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
Must be able to lift, push, pull 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 175 pounds when handling keg products or using pallet jacks/loading tool

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to improve processes that drive productivity and maintain excellent customer service
Train and develop merchandisers daily on merchandising standards, waste reduction, safety, and company policies
Ensure wide and consistent usage of company systems to monitor operational effectiveness, reinforce policy compliance, and support performance expectations across assigned routes
Assign and adjust work as needed to meet sales, delivery and customer demands
Conduct “work-withs”, “go behinds”, to survey and monitor employee productivity, safety and customer service standards
Other projects or duties as assigned
