About The Position

As a Lowe’s Merchandising Services Associate, you connect Merchandising and Store Operations to help deliver a strong shopping experience. You ensure signage, pricing information, and displays are accurate and make merchandise easy for customers to find. You create safe, clean, visually appealing displays that customers can access easily. Most work involves limited customer interaction, but you may assist customers by answering questions, communicating product or warranty information, and helping locate or handle merchandise. The position involves completing merchandising resets and service projects, maintaining product-location and pricing information, preparing buyback items for shipping, and helping stage and organize clearance products. You communicate project needs and priorities with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager and provide feedback on project execution. Regular travel is not required, though occasional travel to meetings, training, or neighboring stores may be needed. Work may take place indoors or outdoors and involve varying weather, noise, and moving equipment.
