About The Position
Ensures product is always properly stocked. Arranges product according to company specifications. Removes discontinued and poorly selling products from shelves. Engages with customers to identify trends and drive new business. Settles customer issues and refers issues when necessary.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Cleans shelves, racks and display cases.
- Presents business reviews of site and category performance.
- Identifies opportunities for improvement in sales pertaining to merchandise displays.
- Provides guidance to other associates working in merchandise department.
- Brings locked up merchandise to checkout lanes for purchase.
