Merchandising Manager

We are seeking a Merchandising Manager to join our team (Monday-Friday, day shift). The Merchandising Manager is responsible for leading the merchandising team to ensure that Knoxville Beverage’s products are available and supported by point-of-sale materials in customer accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three years of management experience in beverage industry or similar field
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to lift and stack cases averaging 40 lbs. each
- Ability to climb ladders and use basic hand tools for assembling or mounting
- Ability to obtain State of Tennessee ABC Wholesalers Employee permit
- Valid driver's license with ability to meet company driving history requirements
- Drug and background checks required
Responsibilities
- Manage the selection, development, and retention of merchandising staff
- Develop the daily schedule for merchandising team
- Collaborate with chain and independent retail divisions about customer accounts
- Investigate and resolve external complaints and requests
- Manage point of sale materials inventory and ensure accurate information is available to internal stakeholders
- Communicate with graphic designers to request printed material
- Maintain a strong customer service relationship with KBC customers
- Ensure safety requirements as it relates to equipment and staff
- Provide brand-specific product education and training tools to enhance the knowledge and performance of staff
- Monitor driving reports and analyze data as needed
- Build, install, and maintain in-store displays and racks for the chain and independent retail division
- Install vinyl graphics on windows and storefronts
- Hang or mount items on walls or from ceilings
