About The Position

The Merchandising Manager leads a team of Merchandisers responsible for in-store execution in large-format stores, including placing products on shelves and maintaining displays and cold equipment. The manager coaches and develops team members and manages labor hours within an established budget. The role also involves setting weekly routes, coordinating with retail partners, conducting route rides and team meetings, sharing best practices across the organization, and ensuring adherence to company standards and operating procedures.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
• Experience managing a team of sales and/or merchandising employees.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to obtain a DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.

Responsibilities

• Establish weekly merchandising routes for each employee.
• Manage labor hours within the specified budget.
• Maintain regular, ongoing communication with retail partners and decision makers to implement national and local programs.
• Complete three route rides per week to train, develop, and evaluate Merchandiser performance and market execution.
• Conduct bimonthly Merchandiser meetings and workshops, both in groups and one-on-one, to improve execution expertise and recognize or reward results.
• Collaborate across the organization and share best practices; contribute and lead among peer groups.
• Build a diverse organization that reflects the marketplace, aligns with Red Bull’s values, and inspires the team through effective leadership.
• Ensure the Merchandising team understands and follows company standards and operating procedures.
