This position is responsible for providing member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and offering guidance and support regarding self-service technology. The role involves assisting members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services. Additionally, the position assists management in supervising associates by assigning duties, communicating goals, providing training, offering direction on member service, ensuring compliance with policies, supporting the Open Door Policy, and participating in the hiring and evaluation process. The role also includes receiving and stocking merchandise, organizing the sales floor, maintaining safety standards, ensuring merchandise presentation, monitoring food and merchandise quality, overseeing club pickup orders, developing and implementing processes, and demonstrating ethical conduct. The associate is expected to lead and participate in teams, respect individuals by embracing differences and creating a workplace of belonging, act with integrity by upholding high standards, and serve customers and members by delivering results and making sound decisions.
