About The Position
Merchandising Execution Associates (MEAs) are responsible for ensuring products are stocked and properly merchandised to provide customers with the best possible shopping experience. They prioritize safety, accuracy, and efficiency in their work. This role involves executing price changes, product rotation, and special projects to enhance product displays and meet supplier needs. MEAs also build displays and fixtures, refresh display materials, and signage. They work in teams with on-site supervision, providing service to multiple store departments. This role requires repetitive lifting, bending, and operating lift equipment. MEAs build and maintain strong relationships with store associates and provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers.
