About The Position

TJ Maxx is seeking a Part Time Merchandising Associate to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. This position may involve cross-training in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. You will role model customer experience practices, support a positive store culture, accurately process transactions, promote loyalty programs, and maintain merchandising standards. You will also be responsible for preparing merchandise for the sales floor, participating in store recovery, and maintaining organizational and cleanliness standards for the entire store. Additionally, you will provide and accept feedback, adhere to labor laws and policies, and support store shrink reduction and safety goals. Other duties may be assigned.

Maintaining all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participating in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store.

Adhering to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
Supporting and participating in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
Participating in safety awareness and maintaining a safe environment.
