About The Position

TJ Maxx is seeking a part-time Merchandising Associate to join their team. This role is responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The associate will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained to support various store needs. The role models customer experience practices, supports a positive store culture, accurately handles transactions, promotes loyalty programs, and maintains merchandising standards. The associate will also process and prepare merchandise, participate in store recovery and maintenance, provide and accept feedback, adhere to labor laws, and support shrink reduction and safety goals. Other duties may be assigned.

Maintaining all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participating in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store.
