About The Position

Join a locally owned and operated Shoppers Drug Mart store to help deliver health, beauty, and convenience services in your community, keeping the customer at the center of everything you do. This role is important for maintaining store standards, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

Cash responsibilities (if applicable) require accuracy and efficiency in processing the customer order

Responsibilities

Organize backroom product and follow Backroom Inventory Management (BIMI) processes.
Use PDT and MMS Systems to perform daily tasks.
Manage Exit Strategy and Product Return as directed for assigned areas of product inventory, product placement, and expiry dates.
Maintain Store Standard pertaining to image and trends in store.
Ensure product displays are consumer focused and “shoppable”.
Receive merchandise in accordance with the receiving policies and procedures.
Maintain a neat and organized backroom according to principles of backroom organization.
Ensure proper documentation is completed with respect to the receiving and return of goods.
Support Front Store Manager/Assistant Front Store Manager in maintaining the quality and standards.
Maintain a clean image to the customers in accordance with uniform policy and dress code.
Take initiative to acknowledge and assist customers in the aisles.
Comply with all health and safety regulations.
Comply with all Store Standards.
Comply with loss prevention policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as required.
