About The Position

As an Assistant with our apparel team, you will support the Merchandising team in the administrative management and report to the Apparel Merchant. Our office is in Exeter, New Hampshire, with the Merchandising Assistant position available for hybrid work from the following states: New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine and Vermont. Our apparel merchandise team requires someone who is interested in the merchandising field and has a passion for the ready-to-wear industry. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in merchandising, fashion or related field
• 2 years' administrative assistant experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of InDesign a plus

Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage new vendor set-up information
• Manage the branded photo sample process
• Manage the copy turnover process
• Maintain seasonal assortment and offer information in product planning system
• Handle communication for assortment changes to appropriate departments
• Support merchandising team in the creation of apparel design boards
