About The Position
Join Signature Retail Services as a Merchandising Area Supervisor! We're seeking an experienced and motivated merchandising leader based in or near Cleveland, OH to drive store execution, develop field talent, and strengthen client partnerships across a dynamic territory. Pay Rate: $20.00- $24.00/hr , based on experience Position Status: (W-2) Full-Time, variable hour.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance.
- Previous supervisory or training experience in the merchandising industry.
- A personal Smartphone with call, text, email, and internet access for in-store reporting and surveys.
- Comfortable working independently and traveling between multiple store locations.
- Available for company paid overnight travel based on training and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Travel independently to service stores throughout your assigned territory using your personal vehicle.
- Train, mentor, and support a team of SRS field service representatives to ensure consistent execution and adherence to company standards.
- Execute and oversee in-store merchandising activities, including planogram resets, display installations, inventory adjustments, and signage placement.
- Monitor new hire progress, complete required reporting, and identify opportunities for coaching and development.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with client expectations and SRS standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for store management, project managers, and field leadership within your territory.
- Proactively resolve issues, drive performance, and provide ongoing coaching to maintain a high-performing team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, safety, and professional growth.
