About The Position

Pfaff Harley-Davidson Concord is seeking a Merchandising Administrator to join their team. This role is an opportunity to work for a Fortune 500 company, now in partnership with North America’s largest automotive retailer, Lithia and Driveway. The Merchandising Administrator will be responsible for photographing vehicles and assisting with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, has a meticulous eye for detail, and is ready to contribute their precision and skills.

Requirements

• Previous photography experience is an asset.
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License.
• A clean driver abstract and the ability to drive a manual transmission is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written English) and customer service skills.
• Detail oriented and excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Photographing Pre-Owned and New Vehicles.
• Uploading photographs for use on our websites and dealership systems.
• Compiling and writing descriptions for each vehicle.
• Removing sold vehicles from website advertisement.
• Ensuring dollar values are accurately advertised on company webpage and other online selling tools.
• Performs other duties as required by the Sales Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership.
