About The Position

This part-time position supports the Sales Department through safe and efficient product placement and display building. The role involves accurately stocking, maintaining, displaying, and rotating products onto shelves from backroom inventories. It requires moving product between the backroom and the display floor using manual equipment like a pallet jack or hand truck. The position also requires establishing and maintaining a professional rapport with retail personnel through trustworthiness, respect, communication, and excellent customer service. Other duties may be assigned. The candidate must be reliable with good safe work habits, possess reliable transportation, demonstrate good attendance and punctuality, be a team player, and be a fast learner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have 6 months+ work experience (distribution warehouse environment, roofer, farmhand, construction, manipulating patients in hospital/nursing home or physical therapy environment, or other positions which require continuous heavy lifting which deals with multi-temperature).
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts & pallet jacks in a safe, responsible, and professional manner.
• Able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 170 lbs. when handling keg products.
• Reliable transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver license, and maintain auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and the state of Tennessee.
• Reliable with good safe work habits.
• Good attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to be a team player.
• Fast learner.
